How I Started:	Always been around the gym. Ex gymnast, always been in shape, began to notice my shape getting more round, so after our daughter was born, decided to hit the gym and get back into a non round shape HA.
Why I Love It:	Its actually relaxing and when you see the results.. very motivating.
How I Stay Motivated:	Uhmm.. work out harder each time... to keep seeing results.

I still have my house off Cin-Day road...so who knows. ;)
