Started goin to the gym right before the deployment. Figured goin to Iraq would be a great time to "get my swell on!"
Why I Love It:
Great Stress reliever, makes you feel good about yourself, and the best result is the way you look!

Goal (Long):
I want to have a nice toned and muscular body. I have always been a medium build and want to be bigger. I want to bust the seams in my t-shirts with my arms, LOL! I would like to be at least 20 lbs heavier and under 10%BF.

Ughh MRE's are the devil. Though I do like the Cajun Rice one. 1 thing I know I gotta do for sure is get a damn tan man. I get laughed at by casper rofl.
No doubt!! I cant stand the guys who sit there and BS on the 1 piece of equipment you want to use. Then they look at you like your an a$$ for asking how much longer they gonna be on it lol.
No lofty goals as yet, mostly just to maintain the muscle i got overseas (not much, but i'm only 5"3 and not tryin' to be She Ra)! Mostly i just love trying out all the fitness routines i come across (in books, magazines, etc.) and experimenting nutritionally as well....
I'm not back yet. I am going to try acupuncture today??? Never tried it before so we'll see if it helps. My plan is to focus and kick butt starting January 1st.
