i've been consuming about 2 of these shakes a day in addition to my current meals for the past 2 weeks and i've gained about 9 pounds of solid weight.
ingredients:
16 oz milk
4 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 banana
1 cup of oatmeal
1 scoop of whey powder
add 5 or 6...

Right on. Yeah I was looking at the x-factor as well. I really have no idea what it is though and didnt feel like putting the time into discovering what it is. Any how, it does look impressive. Im just doing SizeOn with Superpump250 right now, ill look into the X Factor after.
