I recently went to the doctor and I weighed in 160 lbs. I was devasted. I knew that I had to do something because my weight will just keep on increasing.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I love to see the results. I feel good. I have more energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look foward to going on the beach, especially wearing a sexy two piece bikini.

Lose 35LBS and tone over all body.

Most of my life I struggled with my weight. I have tried various diets that didn't work. I am turning 30 years old and it is time to take charge and be about it! I want my legs, back and arms to have definition. I want a FLAT stomach! I have the will and determination that it takes to reach my goals. I want be 130 lbs with 18to 20% body fat. I will need some help though so please feel free to give me some tips.
