I follow two separate nutrition plans. Typical bodybuilding plan of 6 meals a day spread out 3 hours apart and intermittent fasting.
For the intermittent fasting I simply don't eat between 1900-1100(16 hrs). Then feed between 1100-1900(8 hrs)to get my nutritional needs. So for example if I need to take in 2718 calories then I consume them all in the 8 hour feeding window. Durning the intermittent fasting i don't have to worry about how often I eat as long as I get all my calories. I always end the fast with a good protein source like top round steak or chicken brest and a shit ton of vegetables. That first meal is usually about 900 calories or more. I know the question will come up about training fasted and the answer is yes I do train fasted. I do however take 10g's of BCAA before the workout.
