How I Started:
My best friend since 5th grade used to be my size. (a very lean 140 lbs.) Now her 200lbs plus. It took me a wial to get financialy situated so I can get started. I'm at 145lbs now my first goal is 160lbs in 2 to 3 months. Yea I know that's almost impossable. I'm gonna prove it's NOT!
Why I Love It:
I love the pump, the rush of lifting more than I ever have befor. Can't beat it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror. I look at my Beautiful wife. And I tell myself I'm going to crush it today!

NONE, yet give me a few months!

I want my abs sculpted perfect (haveing hard time with that), I want my pecs 2 t0 3 x bigger, my arms twice as big and my legs 3 times bigger. I'm an absolute beginer so I also want to be more educated in body building so I don't have to ask for help all the time.
Not sure what all I'm sapposed to write in this. So I guess I'll tell you the health related stuff. I got a late workout today (12 pm) worked my chest, but still feel like I'm not getting the bulk of my chest workouts in my chest. I use the smiths machine becouse I don't have a workout partner...
