I felt weak in some areas. I was unhappy with my outer body apperance. My friend DG got me started on his program and its a start.

So I haven't really worked hard on my body during the holiday season. School, Work, and stress has actually caused me to gain. So I'm bummed. :( The good thing is that I recognize this and I will begin to work twice as hard. I want that healthy body that will enable me to live a happy long...

Im finally back in it again comin back from FL and being sick :( But now i cant do legs for a week cause of the Foot Biopsy i had and Dr dont want stichs to rip! Sorry, I've never been a vegetarian and don't know how to go about that. You have to get a lot of protein, maybe work with a nutritionist.
