How I Started:
I was always extremely flaky when it came to going to the gym. I was more of a at home video type of girl... I started lifting weights and fell in love with it. I love being able to change my body. And what girl doesn't enjoy lifting heavy weights :)
Why I Love It:
What else could I be spending that 2hrs a day on ;) It's only gonna help me in the end!

My trainer... she kicks my butt when I'm not!
