Like everyone else, it's the way I feel and look. It' amazing that a body can transform like it does. The more changes I see the harder I want to work.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just look in the mirror. I can do better. It also helps to see others trying to achieve the same goal and have them pull you along.

"Today is the first day of the rest of my life!"
A lot has happened in the last few months. I want to apologize to all my friends for neglecting you I will try and do better in the future. I have just done enough to keep from getting too fat and stay in relatively decent shape. But, now its time to get serious again. My goal this time is to...
Thanks man. Seems it was food poisoning and I am starting to feel a bit better today. Hope I cam good enough after a bit to get in to do some lifting and cardio.
Actually sick today. Haven't been sick in quite some time. But today I ache everywhere and I've got a fever. Isn't the pig plague though, got vaccinated for that. I became a grandpa yesterday at 7 am. Grandson is 7lbs 10oz 20in. His names is Bryan.
Hey! Thanks for keeping in touch and not forgetting about me :)
I am doing great! I am going into 2nd week of competition prep and I just started training for my fitness skills. I have alot on my plate right now, but wouldn't want it any other way! April 3rd is my 1st show and will be here before I know it. How are you? How's your training going? Do you have any competitions in your area planned for next year?
Yes it is! My initial goal was just to hit 205 lbs. Then it became 191. Then 180 (hoping to hit that tomorrow). Now it's really to get that 4-pack of abs. I'm hoping to hit that by 170 lbs.
Thanks, though they seem to happen far too slowly for my tastes. I'm hoping this new chin-ups program spurs some serious change. It's by far the largest change I've made in a long time, and it's kicking my backside. You didn't really need to progress much more, you've already "made it" so to speak. Though I guess once we start, there's always another plateau, eh?
spinal tap and because they had poked my 4 times to get it right i suffered from immediate migraines. the brain floats on the cerebral fluid and mine was leaking so when i sat up it caused massive pressure in my head. they had to do a blood patch and then 2 days later it took and im feeling great. cant exercise though for a week but at least im not be ridden any more.
King Ruben! how r you??? im doing good. better now. last friday was in er and they kept me over night to keep an eye on me. this summer i had seizure for first time and they dont know why so when ever something goes a little wrong my neurologist gets superpertive. he had them run all kinds of tests on my. im ok in the end but one of the tests was a

I know, it is so confusing. What would you recommend nutrition wise. I have been eating more protein and lower carbs but obviously i'm not doing it right.
