Background
I started back in 2003 at a youth center in my home town. I then advanced in 2004 to a gym in my town. In 2005 the gym closed down so I then relocated to a private gym known As "Dove's Hardcore Gym" in which i was greatly encouraged to do my first Bodybuilding show.
THe sport of Bodybuilding is and always be a part of my life as I compete, and also help others achieve their personal goals with competitions.

My first fitness blog
Posted in Training : Dec 28, 2010 5:33pmOk guys starting the 1st of September of the year I will be starting my first Bodybuilding blog. In this blog I plan on doing 12 weeks of hardcore training with a clean bulking diet. During this blog I will be eating clean all week and be enjoying each Saturday as my cheat day. For my first 2 weeks I will post daily meals including supplement and water intake. I will also be weighing my self each week every Saturday. This will be an in depth blog no BS no secrets in which I plan on adding 6-8Lbs of pure muscle in 12 weeks.
