How I Started:
I started back in 2003 at a youth center in my home town. I then advanced in 2004 to a gym in my town. In 2005 the gym closed down so I then relocated to a private gym known As "Dove's Hardcore Gym" in which i was greatly encouraged to do my first Bodybuilding show.
Why I Love It:
THe sport of Bodybuilding is and always be a part of my life as I compete, and also help others achieve their personal goals with competitions.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated my chatting with others about up coming provincial shows and keeping up to date with what is going on in the IFBB.
BB Accomplishments:
At a bodyweight of 178LBS -Benched 335LBS -Dead Lifted 490LBS (corrected) -squatted 365 for 3 reps -In 2004 I placed 1st in Light weights - In 2006 I placed 3rd in the Middle weights - In 2008 I Placed 1st in the middle weight class and came close to winning the overall.
