For a short term goal I want to drop some fat I picked up over xmas. In the long run I would like to gain around 15-20 pounds and increase my bench to 300lbs. I also would like to increase my bicept size .

I have a 6 day work out schedule that lasts roughly 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs that includes cardio 15-25 mins of running or biking. Currently I take tuesdays off.

Hey, thanks for the reply! I liked NO Explode too, I'll have to give the cyto sport stuff a try. I usually only work big muscle groups like back, chest, and legs once a week, but maybe that's why you look so much better. Maybe I'll try hitting them twice and see how it goes. Later, buddy!
