trying to put on some mass without gaining any more fat then lean up for swimsuit season

My goal is to compete in the school bodybuilding contest in April of next year.

Training hard every morning and night for a competition on May 12. I will compete in the teen class with my buddy Eric Vandyke.

I want a sexy and fit body!!

I will lose at least an additional 30 pounds, and cut up as well as lean out.

I want to maintain a fit lifestyle and figure so i will always look younger than i actually am :)

Training several girls for the National shows this year- lots of makeup to do as well! Very excited to travel again and meet new people. Also will be hosting a few webcasts again with bb.com, including the 2008 Mrs., Fitness and Figure Olympia compet
