Overall Goal: To lose fat. To lose the love handles and stomach and my face less full like. Tone up the body. Get in the best shape I can in 8 weeks to see goal and then set another 8 weeks. Also fit back in my size 34 jeans and not 36!

Got tired of having flab on me. Did not like the sensation of rolls of fat on the sides of me and my face looking so full so started working out to tone up body.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel healthier, more mobile, look better as well as feel better and younger. Also makes me feel more attractive and I believe makes the opposite sex more attracted to me. Even if its materialistic to say this, it is true but its both sides, me feeling great and looking great to have a better life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Deciding to not buy bigger clothes but keep my smaller clothes to know that I need to stay that size. Also knowing that getting bigger is not part of who I am.
Staying motivated is something i realized that is very mental but also a way of life and not a quick fix for something. I want to stay and mantain healthy with a good body so that I can use that as my motivation as well to remain that way.
BB Accomplishments:
Was toned and nice stomach for a year and then lost it all cause of laziness.

Goal (Long):
My weight when in shape is 200LBS even though many dont believe how this is possible cause I dont look it. But i have to lose the love handles and flab around my sides cause it irriates me feeling it there. Also lose the belly that has grown. I want to feel flexible and healthy again. Want to feel that mobility I had once. AS i am getting older im realizing more how the body has to be taken care of more cause of decrease in metabolism but also eat healither to feel more active. Also want to look better and know that the opposite sex can see that I look good but also show them that I like to take care of myself as well.
I got tired of seeing my flab and fat face in pictures so I woke up one morning and started my routine again. In one week i lost 10 lbs. I was 215 two sundays ago and this past sunday I was 205 lbs. Im keeping up with my routine, 3 hour workout and eating correctly. Trying to keep my energy...
