Demolishing weights in the gym! LOL. Training like a star. I was bull****ting, I figured out, lol. Not a whole lot but not really challenging myself at times. Eating REAL healthy. Nasty ass oatmeal with no sugar and all that crap now, lol. We'll see how long it last though.

Yea I know. I think about a grad chapter someitmes, but I got other things to deal with than that right now. Day was wasted kinda. Eat, sh*t, and watched tv. I guess that what a Saturday is for after a long week though, lol.

A lil heavy chest workout real quick and then mainly legs. Squats, lunges, Ham curls, leg ext, leg press, box jumps. CRUICIAL. Ahhh, the frat brothers. I'm taking a guess at which frat. OMEGA PSI PHI.

I'm not really a hard gainer so Muscle Milk was doing the damn thing as is, so I know Monster Milk would have me big as hell. I don't mind cutting but I don't want to have to really make it a focal point of training though. I'm going to hop on that Muscle Milk again cuz I know that works for sure. Good looking out.
