How I Started:
Ran track for 8 years. Started lifting during college in 2001. SERIOUSLY started lifted in 2005, lol.
Why I Love It:
Personal health is a priority for me and the rush from lifting, both before and after, keeps me going.
How I Stay Motivated:
Even though I'm done with athletics competitively, I like to stay in shape. Also,having a family history of hypertension and diabetes doesn't hurt to keep the engine going either.

I'm already feeling the soreness and tomorrow morning I DON'T want to see, lol...Lawd, bless me with as little delayed muscle soreness as possible. So I started off with a 5-6 min warmup then 5 mins of stretching...Then it was the war of weights.
Just staying motivated...trying to get to the next level...compete as a light heavy next tear. Putting the work in right now...lot of work though...lol. I'm going to stay focused though. Get back on your grind bro. You come too far to be making a uturn
Man just stay consistent with the diet and U will be shreded even more in about a month. U gotta push yourself in that gym too! Do I have to make a trip up that way to getcha back on track?..lol
LMAO!!! Nothing wrong with family fued man..lol What did U hit at the gym? I'm going to wildout (a little) this weekend. I got some frat bruhs coming into town.
It's coming, I need to pick it up. I haven't been working out regularly (like only 2-3x/week) b/c I've so busy with school, so whenever I do hit the gym, I've been mostly doing my arms and abs.
Well my supplements do vary. I only use the muscle rtd's 30 minutes before my weight training workouts. Not Cardio. And then i drink the monster milk after my workout.
