How I Started:
Stopped working out many years ago, and let my body go downhill. Weight went up to 242, and I was way overweight. Neck surgery in January 2008 had me sitting around, and I got frustrated. So, I decided to kick myself in the butt and get back to working out.

Why wear sunglasses at 5:00 in the morning? 

I just dont understand why someone would place sunglasses on their head when they go to the gym while it is dark out.

Even of you are there until the sun starts to rise, you dont need your sunglasses inside the gym.

I think you are doing great & if you are looking to get rid of even more bodyfat and get into great shape I suggest you check out Body for Life. It is a 12-week body transformation program that gives you a great nutrition plan as well as weightlifting and cardio routines. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. Let us know if you would like more info.
