How I Started:
Stopped working out many years ago, and let my body go downhill. Weight went up to 242, and I was way overweight. Neck surgery in January 2008 had me sitting around, and I got frustrated. So, I decided to kick myself in the butt and get back to working out.

I think you are doing great & if you are looking to get rid of even more bodyfat and get into great shape I suggest you check out Body for Life.
