Who's that fatty? Ohhhh right.. that's me on Valentines Day. How on earth my bf took me out looking like that I have no clue. Lucky for me he thought I looked nice that night.. but this pic says otherwise lol! I'm about 130lbs here, believe it or not.

Arms/back from 5/8/09, the day I started on the EFD plan from fitnesspoynters.com... I HATE my arms. Will be doing all I can to have a little less "flag" and more ass-beating muscle LOL

5-08-09 on the left, 5-29-09 on the right. 3 weeks training with Steve (fitnesspoynters.com) the biggest difference is my butt/upper thigh :)

These pics don't do any justice really.. but I had a killer shoulder workout and i see a little definition finally. I have NEVER had that before! BTW I'm not flexing my arm here so don't laugh haha!
