I'm not sure how it started.. but I got into it in 2007 and got caught up with school and work and lost interest. I started up again once I started snowboarding and realized how much extra strength I need!
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results I'm getting. It's a rush to push myself further and further everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend's compliments. :)
Team Poynter is also a huge motivator! The other girls training with Steve look so amazing.. what a great group of people to be a part of.

Magui inspires me because she has dealt with things that many people would use an excuse to give up... yet she pushes through and finds a way to make things work. Not only that, but she will always stop by and throw a compliment your way which is great motivation!! Her transformation is amazing and she continues to do big thangs! :)
CT was the original reason I got interested in body building. When I saw her pics I knew I wanted my body to look as good as hers, not only now but years down the road. She is an inspiration to so many because she proves that you can turn back the clock by taking care of yourself. Her no-nonsense approach stops people looking for that miracle pill or the 2 minute workout that will make you fit and motivates them to put in the hard work needed to look as good as she does!
you look great just had to let you know that. i can see the difference in your body from the training. i hope things are still going well for you. i am going to check out this fitnesspoynters too. thanks!
Well..you have made great progress so be proud of that. And whatever your leg exercises are it could just be that you had alot less muscle in your legs than you thought you did prior to starting out and it will just take some time to see definition, but you're most likely getting stronger. As far as my progress...thank you, but not much is happening in the way of weight loss :(
