I'm not sure how it started.. but I got into it in 2007 and got caught up with school and work and lost interest. I started up again once I started snowboarding and realized how much extra strength I need!
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results I'm getting. It's a rush to push myself further and further everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend's compliments. :)
Team Poynter is also a huge motivator! The other girls training with Steve look so amazing.. what a great group of people to be a part of.

Take one look at her progress pics and you will see why she is an inspiration! What a transformation and she's still going strong. She is an inspiration for everyone on Team Poynter and undoubtedly anyone who comes across her before and after pictures.
Ava ready does have the most perfect physique I have ever seen. Symmetry, definition, and femininity all in one... that takes a lot of hard work. Keep at it girl! :)
you look great just had to let you know that. i can see the difference in your body from the training. i hope things are still going well for you. i am going to check out this fitnesspoynters too. thanks!
Well..you have made great progress so be proud of that. And whatever your leg exercises are it could just be that you had alot less muscle in your legs than you thought you did prior to starting out and it will just take some time to see definition, but you're most likely getting stronger. As far as my progress...thank you, but not much is happening in the way of weight loss :(
