How I Started:
I decided when I got to college it was time for me to start exercising, lifting, and watching my diet.
Why I Love It:
Being able to physically and mentally challenge myself every day, and being able to see hard work pay off.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the people lifting more than me with significantly better physiques and wanting to progress to their level. Also, it keeps me going to think about what I will look like if I stay committed.
