How I Started:
Woke up and realized i was fat, thought it was time to make some changes.
Why I Love It:
It sucked for a long time before i began to see results, but now that i can see the results i enjoy pushing myself to see more.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thankfully i dont need motivation really. I just began going and now i just go religiously without thinking about it. However i do make a strong effort to not miss a workout in fear of losing my momentum and stopping all together.
BB Accomplishments:
So far i have lost more than 40lbs and my body has done a complete transformation. I am constantly working on going from "B*TCH TO BULL"

I was nearly 290lbs almost 2yrs ago, and went down to 225lbs. Now i have been working out for a year and im back up to 248lbs. My goal is to cut right now so i can see the progress i have made.
