Im going to transform my body like never before!Summer time here I come!
Goal (Long):
I remember as a child going to the local arcade and on the way seeing these huge guys at a gym right before the arcade. A couple of the guys used to let me play around at this little gym and I remember wanting to be just like them. Well 25 years later I'm going to surpass this dream! I have what it takes and know that I can achieve anything I want. I will eat healthy, work out hard and not let anything get in my way!
In 16 days I have lost 10 pounds and 3.5% body fat. I can see my love handles shrinking and getting more defined. I have worked out every day for about 30-45 mins. a day with no days off. my eating has been really good(except today!). I can only imagine what 12 weeks is going to do for my body....
Yes bro can understand that.Its not easy to work and maintain your body at the same time.And pro i am pursuing my graduation not in school any more...lol

I am not going to gym these days, got my exams in mid of may so just study and study.Going on jogging and evening walks.And saw your photo brother your really looking good,can see the hard work believe me.Looking good and muscular(ripped).Best of luck.And stay in touch.

I just put weight on the bar (I didn't build anything) and put my knees under the bar and my feet on a step and voila I am doing seated calf raises. necessity is the mother of inventions. I am doing well, the fat is stil comming off just not as quickly as I would like.

Progress is going well. I am down 5 lbs and 1.5 inches on my waist as of this morning. The real difference is in the mirror. I'll post some 4 week pics by the end of the week. How about you?
You'll get there. Your VO2 levels will increase with each session. You just have to push yourself harder each session by adding a bit of speed at each session. Instead of 2, 3, 4, and 5mph next time go 2.2, 3.2, 4.2, 5.2 and so on. Or add in an incline. Just up the ante every time. Sounds like a great workout!
