I remember as a child going to the local arcade and on the way seeing these huge guys at a gym right before the arcade. A couple of the guys used to let me play around at this little gym and I remember wanting to be just like them. Well 25 years later I'm going to surpass this dream! I have what it takes and know that I can achieve anything I want. I will eat healthy, work out hard and not let anything get in my way!

In 16 days I  have lost 10 pounds and 3.5% body fat. I can see my love handles shrinking and getting more defined. I have worked out every day for about 30-45 mins. a day with no days off. my eating has been really good(except today!). I can only imagine what 12 weeks is going to do for my body....

Hi after so long...Where were you brother? I just put weight on the bar (I didn't build anything) and put my knees under the bar and my feet on a step and voila I am doing seated calf raises. necessity is the mother of inventions. I am doing well, the fat is stil comming off just not as quickly as I would like.

Thanx she definitely need prayers.I have stared my workout,a lil pain in back(dnt know why).Post your recent photos soon will be waiting to see your progress.sometimes its hard to control our self and we eat what we should not,it happens with every one but dnt worry just stay focus and work hard.I will also upload my recent pics,lost some wait and muscles too.

Hi my sister was hospitalized, she was diagnosed with pancreatitis,so was not able to come online.How are you and hows your workout going,any recent progress! I was nt going to gym.Today starting every thing from the beginning.Wish me luck...

Progress is going well. I am down 5 lbs and 1.5 inches on my waist as of this morning. The real difference is in the mirror. I'll post some 4 week pics by the end of the week. How about you?

You'll get there. Your VO2 levels will increase with each session. You just have to push yourself harder each session by adding a bit of speed at each session. Instead of 2, 3, 4, and 5mph next time go 2.2, 3.2, 4.2, 5.2 and so on. Or add in an incline. Just up the ante every time. Sounds like a great workout!
