In 1996, because i was to skinny for my lenght (1.95m), i weighed 70Kgs. Since then i have gained almost 30Kgs all clean. Just good eating, no anobolics but supplements.
Why I Love It:
It gives a feeling of accomplicements. It takes persistens and determination, but it should allways be for relaxtation to keep it healthy

Hi Ruud! How have you been? I just got back from Hawaii yesterday and had a great time out there. And of course I've been behaving myself. How about you? :)
Well I have not been slacking so training is going good....still no noticable progress yet. Cant wait tell I start seeing some good progress so I can post new pics;)
