rpeach27 Tired. Hurt my back doing some Straight leg dead lifts so had to take it easy the last few days. Now chiropractor tomorrow. Hope it works

rpeach27 Had two great cardio workouts today and my arms felt like they were going to explode which went away real quick cause of no Carbs :(

rpeach27 Was extremely Tired today had to break up cardio into 3 sessions. On my way for the 3rd right now. Have arms tonight so ready to hit it!

rpeach27 So my weight is down a bunch now which is good. I may have to change my weight class at the show. Just going by looks now.

stevep78 It is tough man but that's what works, add some wheat germ to a few meals, the fiber will help hunger. Checkout some quest bars, high protein and high fiber, you could add one in a day. Nov 28, 2012 12:25pm

stevep78 Drop the creatine at 10 weeks out, it makes you hold lots of water. Watch out for your pre workouts also, they probably have creatine. I used this for my prep: Cellucor NO Xtreme pre workout: Karbolyn post workout carbs up til 6 weeks out. Dymatize recoup as my bcaa up to 2 weeks out. I used VPX SRO and optimum 100% whey and casein as my proteins. Fat burners was Cellucor Super HD and BB.com's Inciner-8. Nov 14, 2012 9:52am

I would just get to the basics of what you already know and get it done. Writing out some new goals, workout regiment, and meal plan and your money! Few more weeks and we will be hitting it at Axiom!
