Background
Did some cardio one day, then again the next and again the next, did this for a week, then joined a gym and got hooked on losing weight for about half a year. During that time i started throwing some weights about and i found that more fun than doing cardio and so gradually i started focusing less on losing weight and cardio and more on getting bigger an stronger!
It gives me something to do, i always like to have something on the go which gives me short term goals. Also it's fun being in the gym and whenever i reach targets it's really satisfying.
