How I Started:
I turned 38 this year and realized I look and feel like crap. I want to make permanent changes and set a good example for my children.
Why I Love It:
I love how I feel when I am done.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, looking in the mirror is one way. I surely do not want to look like this any more! Also, my children. I want to be around for them and have them follow my lead.

Well, I am back from 4th of July weekend and ready to rock and roll.
I have been doing a lot of research the past few years on clean eating, on "raw" eating, on vegetarian eating, etc. The book I am using as my "bible"...
