Overall Goal: Well now that I've met my goal of losing 10 pounds, now I need to starting tightening and defining. Losing 5 more pounds sounds good too.

How I Started:
I used to be heavy in high school, but I didn't think much of it. It really hit me when I went to join the Army, and they turned me away, saying I was to fat and had to lose 30 lbs before I could even join! I hired a personal trainer that was a former Marine, I got in shape, and the rest is history! I will never go back to the way I was!
Why I Love It:
Cuz I love the results I get and I feel good about myself, both before and after the workout.

Kick ass music and Bose headphones!

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I like having a partner because it pushes me a lot more than if I work out by myself. I'm pretty self motivating, but a buddy helps.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Either they are practicing improper lifting technique, or they lift to much trying to impress someone and overexert themselves. It happens a lot in the Army. lol

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
Being fit in the Army is always a plus :) Then you don't have higher ranking people getting on your back cuz you suck at PT.
Ok, so I think I've been doing really good so far. I'm trying to stay motivated, but I want to start seeing some definition in my abs. I'm workin on loosin the fat...it's takin a while though. Can anyone give me some really good tips and exercises for abs? Thanks so much!!!
