How I Started:
I used to be heavy in high school, but I didn't think much of it. It really hit me when I went to join the Army, and they turned me away, saying I was to fat and had to lose 30 lbs before I could even join! I hired a personal trainer that was a former Marine, I got in shape, and the rest is history! I will never go back to the way I was!
Why I Love It:
Cuz I love the results I get and I feel good about myself, both before and after the workout.

Ok, so I think I've been doing really good so far. I'm trying to stay motivated, but I want to start seeing some definition in my abs. I'm workin on loosin the fat...it's takin a while though. Can anyone give me some really good tips and exercises for abs? Thanks so much!!!
I am glad to hear you are doing well :) But hey look at it this way if you gained weight and it is all muscle don't worry about it! It isn't bad for you lol. But yeah you know muscle weighs more than fat anyways! Lol I am still trying to get my legs right! You are most likely beating me at the moment in that department lol.
Oh yeah I have definitely been doing them! I actually do them at the end of my back workouts at the gym! So I will be ready for OCS :) Hey so I am glad you are about to come home! I know you must be super excited about that! So have you met your fitness goals yet?
