I do 3 sets of 10 reps on every body part. A warm up weight set, a mid-weight set, and a max-out weight set of 6-10 reps. Increasing the weight when I can get 10 on the last set. One minute rest in between sets. Very intense workout -- excellent results.
I am giving it my all bro. I have been tryin to keep up with my workouts, but something always has to come and interrupt them. This week might be a wash out. way too much to do. have to stay focused on diet. I lost 10 lbs and want to keep it that way
