Need more muscle all around. The problem is that I have to much fat on my abs and waist... and not enough muscle on my upper body and calves. The July 2009 photos don't lie.
At 15% bodyfat... the goal is to add way more muscle then drop my body fat to 8-6%.
Eat, Lift, Sleep.
Basics. with 20 - 30 mins of cardio 3 times a week. Sounds simple.

No prob Roy my boy. I had to go hard on my abs to day. I did this ab exercise with like a 100lbs. It really did my abs good. How bout you? How's training?
No, I never eat any processed sugar. Never, ever. Sometimes I eat crushed almonds and walnuts with a little raw organic honey and crushed unsweetened coconut. That's as bad as it gets for me. You eat sweets? You don't look like you do. LOL.
all about the angles. getting them with shorter rest periods and higher reps seems to target my bis and tris best. never forget to squeeze and control the weight to move it not swing or push it around forcefully.
