Sad, I didn't get into the gym at all this week. Could use some encouragement during this rough patch I'm going through.

Relocated...New Gym, New Challenge
Posted in Training : Nov 17, 2011 11:43pmSo incase you haven't noticed... I relocated for a new job. Still in Texas. Just a bit north a little over 200 miles. Much of my environment is the same. Suburbs and the gym scene is quite the same. What Is a challenge is this 24 hr fitness is about half the size in terms of the free weight area. Posted in Training : Jul 08, 2011 10:56pmDon't avoid Legs. After over 10days away from the gym and at least 2weeks since my last leg workout, I was really begging for one today.
From a series of sets on the Leg Press... to 4 sets Barbell Squat, to seated calves to leg curls!

...Upper Body Symmetry
Posted in Training : Mar 08, 2011 8:50amWhat I've come to realize is this:
Symmetry! It's all about it. Right now My upperbody size (shoulders, arms & Chest) hasn't been stimulated enough to produce the development I need to stay symmetrical with my overall look.
Put simply:
I need to focus on upperbody for the next few weeks, to really get the development I need. Particularly in my shoulders and arms.
The mirror doesn't lie.
