  • things are coming along great ! Can't believe how much motivation I have just gained by the quick results .. i was already eating really good but my coach has me on a strict plan and it's working. The fat is melting !

  • Started gaining weight in the late fall and then went crazy over the holidays, paying for it now. :) Oh well, if you play, you gotta pay. Glad things are great.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting with an Internal medicine specialist; I finally was able to get a few answers and possible solutions to the ongoing problem that is my body and not feeling 100% all the time. I have been struggling with hypothyroid for years and have never been able to regulate the right levels of T4 in my system. Never felt well, I sometimes felt better than some days but never 100% and could not figure out. Yesterday this doctor spent close to 2 hours talking with... Go to BodyBlog

jim0561 It seems that summer is always the busiest for us, when the temp goes up and the kids are out of school and everyone is out and about the police always get busy. Ashleysdriven LISS (Light Intensity Steady State) is done on an empty stomach or after weights. Its 30-60 minutes, no less and no more. Keep your heart rate between 95-120 beats per minute. Make sure you keep a steady heart rate, don't let it jump around. You can walk, use an elliptical, spin bike, step mill, etc. or go outside for a walk. I do it before breakfast and after a weight session (I have 4 weight sessions a week). You can do it on HIIT training days too but do it in the morning when you wake up. Apr 18, 2012 1:14pm

m_khu I was on a Ketogenic diet,which was very effective and I went from 25% BF to nearly 10% BF, so I am happy with that. Now it's time to pack some Muscles on me so I went on low carb and low fat diet, I can't see much difference in me but people are noticing some differences. I only have 2.5 months to go and I need to see some results, it is getting harder day by day but I am staying motivated :) Apr 18, 2012 9:02am

fluid1 Hi! I just go to a normal gym, they don't have anything set up at all for crossfit. I usually just grab what I'm going to need and do what I need to do! My gym is the kind where people prefer to see and be seen rather than work out hard. I just work out hard.... I find the crossfit routines on youtube or other internet searches, and pick ones that fit with my regimen. I always do more than just crossfit, too. Keep up your hard work! :) Apr 13, 2012 8:39pm
