To gain size and balance everywhere.
Goal (Long):
Right now, pack on another 20-25lbs of muscle. Then diet down, compete and then gain again. Eventually get up to about 240-245lbs off season. I need another 2 inches on my arms, 3 inches on my thighs, 2 inches on my calves. A wider back, I'm talking wings. Cannon ball delts, I need another inch in width to each side delt. Once I get that I'll be where I need to be, but not where I want to be in the long run. I want to get as big as I can.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 40 lb

5%

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Sneakers, pants, tanktop, sweatshirt. Sometimes just a T-shirt. I wear mostly Animal and GASP clothing.
