What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I have been eating clean for about 6 weeks now and it is starting to get easier. Bad cravings don't hit me very often any more and when they do I have been able to get through them without giving in.
Age is nothing but a number! :-) It is never to late to start, so keep your head high and work on your goals! Don't let anything or anyone get in your way or make you feel guilty! You deserve it! :-) God Bless you on your journey! Thanks for the friends add! xox
Way to go with the quitting smoking, I just recently quit myself. Good luck with your goals. I know as part of the 40+ club myself, nothing at our age comes easy. Especially muscle gains, but keep at it.
