So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice
Trying to rehab a shoulder from degenerative OA so I can go back to martial arts and lifting regularly. It might be a permanent problem without more surgery which I don't want right now.
