When I Started: Jul 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I am just starting to get back into it. I have been lifting for about a year, but I have gotten lazy lately and I am starting up again.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out because it makes me feel like I can succeed in something. I also know that I am doing my body good.

Poison47 well i used to drink sodas, Then I switched it to Zeros like Coke and Sprite Zero. Then I just kicked out soda all together. Now all i drink is Diet Lipton Green Tea with Citrus, Milk, and water. Just changing what i drank made me lose 5-10 lbs. and u will lose a lot of acne. Then i just did school sports(Football, Track, Weight lifting) and started riding bike to lose the rest. My gut just melted away. I didnt really do anything food wise except eat a salad when ever i ate out. May 31, 2008 2:06pm
