How I Started:
I am just starting to get back into it. I have been lifting for about a year, but I have gotten lazy lately and I am starting up again.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel like I can succeed in something. I also know that I am doing my body good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by getting magazines like Flex and reading all the success stories.

I don't lift weights to enter shows or competitions, I just do it because I like to.

well i used to drink sodas, Then I switched it to Zeros like Coke and Sprite Zero. Then I just kicked out soda all together. Now all i drink is Diet Lipton Green Tea with Citrus, Milk, and water. Just changing what i drank made me lose 5-10 lbs. and u will lose a lot of acne. Then i just did school sports(Football, Track, Weight lifting) and started riding bike to lose the rest. My gut just melted away. I didnt really do anything food wise except eat a salad when ever i ate out.

Keep up the great work. Keep your diet decent and you won't have to worry to much about gaining mass and staying lean. It will all come together.

May have just recently started but a solid job to date. Good biceps and forearms, nice separation on chest, good lats on the way and back getting solid also. May not want to compete but can certainly see that body just grow with lots of muscle and definition. André
