When I Started:
How I Started:
in 5grath i was a fat kid,i didn't have a self confidence as I want to,when i got teller i lost only 1kg and i didn't look fat anymore, after i spent all my skinny 6grath,i decided to do somthing with my body, soo I started doing sit-ups to get a six pack :D,after one and a half year doing sit-ups,i decided to sign up to the gym only for the cardio :),2 monthes later i started to do lifts, but my progrem was 3 hours FBW :D (BTW I only start working AB at the end of 9grath!)at this year i kinda suffer from not eating and run all day because i thought i was fat -_- (only 900 calories a day, four time 10 kilometer run,40 min in jumping rupes, and 3 times my wonderful FBW a
i a week week :D)I still dont know how I hold on 2 monthes like this,I lost all my mucsels,it was awful!,but now I work with ABCDE (after 3 monthes with AB)and i read about good nutrition and i have an organized menu, and I breath, eat, sleep bodybuilding :).
this is my story, kinda long but bellive me,I ignored alot of things :D
Why I Love It:
Love to be the biggest man in the room, love how it feels to have a 220 on you back or lift 350.
just love it :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I always try to listen to music who keeps me in the training mood :),and watch youtueb clips or somthin'
ey mate i was just lookin at ur prgress pics and thought id congratulate u on ur recent improvements particularly with the arms and shoulders. keep it up
I started a least as young as you...actually really began the lifting by 13. You have an awesome start. No doubt you will be on top of the world 25 years from now. You have no idea how lucky you are to start so early. It makes things way easier!
Dude it has been a while, just cranking training this week and looking forward for bigger gains. Great new Avi mate, awesome abs. How's things with you going?
Cheers bro. Just started doing deadlifts and capping weight to get use to the excercise again and focussing on technique and remaining injury free. Yeh, ready to add more weight. Hows your training going?
You look like you are headed in the right direction. With time comes strength... I have a few years on you!! But, I am also just about as strong now as I was when I was training my hardest in college. 5'8" & 170/175 makes for a very well built frame!!
thanks man...you can do the lunges in place w/barbell...regular squats, front squats, hack squat,...leg extensions, leg curls(standing,lying..whatever you got to use)...stiff leg deadlifts(barbell or dumbell)...the basics...just work the hell out of them...and block everything out in your mind when your trying to push...most people are lacking in legs because they are so hard to work...they can take alot of punishment before they will grow...you have to force them to change....
for really good legs...u have to be able to work through some real pain...b able to push yourself to the extreme..nothing compares to a hard leg workout...i go heavy with high reps...check out my "lunges from hell vid"...i pulled my left hamstring about 30 sec after starting my set...but you'll see i kept going...also check out my leg press vid's...the title of them is numbers..no name...there is two of those..let me know what you think...
