I would like to loose 10 more pounds of fat and put on lean muscle mass. I want to have more muscle definition.

I want to loose 10 more pounds of fat gain more muscle mass. Get lean and improve my vo2 max percent. I want to motivate people to change the way they live there lives. Finish school and get my Certified Personal Trainer cert. And beging working at a good gym. Doing what I love.
