How I Started:
I started going to the gym with a buddy of mine when we were getting deployed in 2005. We continued working out while we were oversees, and a year later when when we returned home we continued our workout routine after we opened up a membership at our nearest gym. We have been going to the gym ever since.
Why I Love It:
It's great, it does wonders for the body and soul.

i remind myself i'm doing this to go to the police academy in 2010

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
because you know they will be at the gym waiting for you. It's good to have a gym partner because if you forget to bring something you can borrow from them.
Nothing new going on with my routine still doing the bike, running and weights.. I'm happy with my progress so far I can see my calf muscles, and my inner thighs are much firmer as well.
Been a long time, how are you? Things are improving for me, was sick but am slowly getting better. Looking to make big changes by year's end, gotta do it right!

Well we have city, county, and state. I am just doing reserves for a while. Then i am hoping to do like Vice Narcotics or something along that line. That sucks hopefully your elbow gets better after the surgery
Things are going really well.. Thanks for asking. The workouts are going pretty good have been busy tho the last few days working to get into the sheriffs dept... I will try to get on posted this week :) How you been? Hows the Elbow?
I am doing well thank you. I am sticking with the program and drinking the crossfit koolaid. I am loosing body fat although my actual weight hasn’t changed much. I can tell because of how my clothes fit me. Thanks for the tip on recipes. How is your program going and are you getting where you want to be. I hope so. I must say you really look great. Keep it up.
