Do you currently have a workout partner?
Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
because you know they will be at the gym waiting for you. It's good to have a gym partner because if you forget to bring something you can borrow from them.
Chunky from behind thin from the front..I don't have a complex issue its just that i don't want to have the junk in the trunk all my life.. I want to eat better and feed my body the right way..I guess i am the typical woman never satisfied always wanting to look prettier and better than...
Thank you for the add. I hope you can drop me a line occasionally for encouragement and any ideas you have. I would like to be able to ask you for pointers and/or ideas to progress. If that is OK with you? I hope to be an encouragement to you also. I am doing well and my training is getting back on track and I am working on my diet as well. Thanks again and stay strong.
Instead of just the normal "lift heavy, eat clean, sleep big & Dream," I think you and I could stand to add "stay whole" for the duration!
: )

p.s.- Do e-mail me more info about your elbow/surgery when you can, I did not remember there was further work to be done.
Haha yeah It's hard to get started. but once your get use to it, you wont be able to handle eating junk food all the time. When you think about it, your body is kinda like a car, a car is made to get you around, but it's made to only run on gas, anything else you put in the tank is not going to make it run very well. We are all made to eat clean healty foods, not greasy junk foods. Lol i do like the tast of it, but anything I eat fried now, My body throws it back out sometimes, blah :/
