I started going to the gym with a buddy of mine when we were getting deployed in 2005. We continued working out while we were oversees, and a year later when when we returned home we continued our workout routine after we opened up a membership at our nearest gym. We have been going to the gym ever since.
Why I Love It:
It's great, it does wonders for the body and soul.
How I Stay Motivated:
don't stop just keep going.

In the past I have done pulls ups without assistance. Yeah!!

because you know they will be at the gym waiting for you. It's good to have a gym partner because if you forget to bring something you can borrow from them.

Well I'm thinking about this spring coming up! I'm hoping to have enough mass this time around! Cause when you go to lean out your going to lose some of that hard gained mass:(

Sounds good! How did you get the notch? Are there pictures of it? - I also think that weights are good for 'bricks'. And I want them. Maybe they would look good on you, don't you think?
I am thrilled with my placing. I am going to do the Contras in May. I've seen several flyers, so I don't know if they are going to be in SF, Sacramento, or what. But where ever they are--I'll be there for sure. And you are right about the glutes--I'm working on MINE double-time!

It was tiring, there was alot of waiting, but it was alot of fun and totally worth it! I am going to do the Contra Costa show, next. It's in 7 months. What show do you think you'd do?
