I think looking and feeling beautiful is important. I have lived 26 years of my life thinking im not cute enough. im not beautiful and my flaws are like no one elses. I dont wanna live not one more year looking and feeling like this. I want to be sexy. i wanna make heads turn. and i dont ever wanna hear from another person again " Your so beautiful BUT ur too big" BUT BUT BUT! lol.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror, seeing sexy woman around me. hearing the guys talk about what kind of women they like...(skinny and fit ones), reading fitness mags, and vacationing!

i wanna lose 70lbs of fat and gain muscle everywhere in my body.
Goal (Long):

I am about 210 lbs now, 5'6 in height, 26 yrs old
I would like to be between 135-140 lbs by new yrs 2010.
I want to be able to model when im through with great confidence. My weight holds me back from living my life and i dont want to live another year like this. Its time to make a difference in my life!!!
I will be moving to san diego in october and also have a wedding to attend the same time, so id like to lose 20-30lbs by oct 1st. extreme but i think it could happen. the rest i dont mind gradually losing by the end of the year.

Normally after a week of cardio I would just drop. In this case i have started my new strength training program. This is the first time i have ever lifted any weights period. Could this be the cause of my weight fluctuation on the scale? Im eating very clean and dedicated to...
Ok first word of advice babe. $get what the scale says, you say you feel good so juat look at your measurements and how you feel and how your clothes feel. Scales are misleading. Second I'm doing well, enjoying what probably the last extended weekend before thanksgiving. So i watched football the whole time

Keep up the good work, it's tough to stay on a schedule and might get boring at times but it will all be worth it after.
