Overall Goal:  I am happy with my body but I definitely see room for major improvements. I'm not nearly as fit as what I could be if I stepped up my workouts up a few notches and started eating better. I am making changes, and I am inspired by seeing the progress o

How I Started:
I started working out in college, and loved what lifting weights did for my body. I've really slacked the last year and need to get back into a great routine!
Why I Love It:
Well, it makes me feel alive, energized, and ready to conquer the world :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Journals, bodyspace, progress pics, stats, etc. I'm extremely goal oriented and love seeing progress in numbers.

I know I will get there! On my way to the gym
I know it's not going to take long to get to where I want to be...I just need to persistent and want to see those abs poking out more than anything.
It's barely been two weeks of getting into a consistent routine and I'm already seeing results - yea!! I plan on hitting the diet hard when I get back from MI to go to a friend's wedding.

Goal (Long):
All of my life I have wanted to have a body that I can be proud of. I am happy with myself, but I am not yet proud of where I'm at. To get to where I want to be is going to require a new mindset...one that can't be shaken. I know that I can do it, and I realize that what I envision for myself is all up to me. My goal is to become a national figure competitor and fitness model...I know, that is a long way off. I believe in myself and I know it can be done.
