How I Started:
I didn't like the way my body was turning in to and I told myself that this has to change, and right then and there I made a commitment to change the way I looked and felt.
Why I Love It:
It's a huge stress reliever and I like the way my body feels after a really good work out. Soreness is a great feeling because I know I had a great workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I really dont know. I go to the gym and just being there motivates me, it's like I get in this zone of pure focus and all I want to do is push my body to the limit.
