Rochester huh? I was born in Buffalo and my parents grew up there. I left when I was about 1, but used to go up there a lot....still have family there. Golf in FL is a dream come true.

Yeah I have played beach and indoor for about 5 years. Doubles is my favorite but every once and awhile I'll play 6's indoor. I am just trying to build some muscle to lean out for the summer when I play. Good luck with your goals, you doing plyo to increase your vert?
