I want to get into the best shape of my life and compete eventually.
Goal (Long):
I've been almost 300 pounds, I really pushed it out and lost about 80 pounds. I looked better than I ever have but I had a long chain of crappy events and I lost focus. But I'm back at it again (finally) I'm training with less weight, focusing on 100% form and my diet is spot on. I WILL get ONE good picture of myself without my shirt before the fall.
So it's been 6 months exactly since I've started dieting and training again. I started at 265 (This time, better than 300) I'm currently 210 and hanging somewhere around 17% bf (scale is really whacky) and since I hadn't lifted in so long when I started some of that weight change was muscle...
hahaha I think I'll pass :p no way would I do that many reps on leg day.... I think :D. A Leg day might be cool. Up to you this time though :D Hopefully see you on the 19th!
Tehehe ^-^ yea my arms are sore too but not as bad as I thought they would be :p Mostly triceps @___@ you get to pick next time.. Should I be scared ? :o

Just wanted to stop by and randomly motivate ya. When I saw you Sunday, you looked awesome. Way better shape then when you were working back at your old job here. As for competing, go for it! :) Keep it up! You're doing great
You do a 8X12 program? @__@ haha and here I thought my 5X12 was asking for it heh. Does the 10 min cycling help with stretching the leg? I did it my last leg workout day. Just wondering if I should keep it up.
Ah I see I see. Well I planned to take my mom the last night if she wants to go, so I maybe there. Just not sure on what time and if we are going or not *shrugs*. This year is going to fast @_@. SO how are things at the gym?
It started on Sunday and it ends Saturday I think? I went Sunday with a few friends to see the fireworks but my one friends kid kept crying @_@ :( I was the only one in the group without a kid it was so weird haha.

To lazy to make a workout journal?! *gasps* I know what you mean about being busy with other things. I Work two jobs and it can be tiring to do other stuff. Usually on weekends its relax time though. Cooking in itself takes some time too but I do find having a certain routine when cooking helps with time. Cool! I usually mix chest with back days and shoulders with arm days. well talk to you later Jesse! /rant
Hopefully things don't get too stressful at your work. Blame the kids (lol) darn those school kids!(jk) Just keep at it :D. Hey you ever start a journal on here yet? Well I've been going to the gym more lately the past few weeks but I almost passed out at the gym today @__@ and I'm not sure why because it wasn't a stressful workout :/. Evilness. But besides tonight I've been doing ok at the gym. I had a sweet arm day two days ago and I still feel the burn hehe.
Awesome progress so far Jesse! How are things been for you? I finally took starting pics the other day. Not posting until I see progress to compare though :p Got to go to the gym Wednesday, missed it so much there, but had bad arm pain Thursday. Hope all is well. Keep up the good work
Updates? :o no way lol jk maybe soon. I'm currently working on my diet though :) I added Natto, Miso, and trying to get more iodine in my diet for health benefits. I need to add more workout days and get more active again. I have been feeling better physical wise, not in pain as much. Though it can be torturous, deep tissue massages help.

Thanks a lot Roo :) it means a lot. I believe in you too! :D. Saw a few people in the gym that are regulars and got questioned today heh. Feels good to be back in the gym though. Thanks again for the encouragement.
