Hey there!!! Don't get too discouraged. I finished my Masters a couple months ago and have been hitting it 2 to 3 times weekly and watching what I eat closely and have only lost 2 LBs but I have rearrangeds the inchs quite a bit. Dont let the scale be your only gage! Hang in there!!! In the end it will be worth it!

Hey there! Cranked out 62,590 in volume last night! Our gym membership is up for renewal in a couple weeks. Thinking about joining a local giant facility where I can keep a permanent locker so I can hit it on my way to work but my son, who works out with me evenings, won't EVER get up that early voluntarily so still not sure which way to jump. I'm much more into it before work than after and think my body responds better that way too. Any suggestions?

Ti, saw your post on the Xformation group. Progress looks great! Arms and abs are showing more definition for sure! Not positive of your specific goals but remember your large muscles (legs) can be really powerful allies in your development! Keep up the great work! This is a tough time of year to make progress...good job!!!

Hey man! Well, we have been hitting it 2 to 3 times per week but the scale is just stuck. So far I have managed to rearrange the weight by improving 14 inches, reducing bad measures while improving a few good ones! T'day did not help but at least it did not get worse LOL!

Hang in there man! Speed bumps happen, what really matters is how we stay focussed and use ANY setback as further motivation to stick to it!
Good luck!!!

HEY THERE! Congrats on your progress!!!
I know I was out for a few months but I was wondering what happened to the 40 to lose group? It seems there is hardly anyone posting anymore. Did I miss something or is everyone just too busy working out to motivate each other anymore?

Thanks man! I have miles to go but even baby steps in the right direction are progress. I just HAVE to find the patience not to get discouraged. The older I get the HARDER and SLOWER progress becomes, not to mention the less patient I get LOL!
