Over 44 years my broad chest and slimmer waist have traded places...it's time to regain control!
Goal (Long):
I have 174 pounds of stress and life that needs to be shed from my chest, back, & mid-section. It's time to retake my body and rid myself of this extra person who has leached onto my frame!
I've almost always been pretty "big" with "durability" in my entire gene pool so I've got my work cut out for me!!!
10-20, IMHO I feel less than 10 means the weight is too likely to cause injury, more than 20 means it's too light and you're wasting precious time.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Walk time across the gym and time to take a drink of water. I do a 21 stage circuit in thirds, split by a 7 minute bike push, then get a drink and hit it again!

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
This circuit takes me between 70-90 minutes, 3 days weekly, and keeps my heart rate between 120 & 140 the entire time, leaving every muscle in my body burning just a bit for about an hour afterwards!
7 min.s cardio bike @ target heart rate of 65%
Chest Press 11-16 reps increasing 5 pounds...

well don't get into any positions where u r laying under it or anything - that might flatten u out but it's not recommended, it could be Painful!!....lol I am goin to bed hit me or I or another person that I might be, will find u if you don't!!.....luv ya!!........:)

Hey Roosed check out the SnowMan we cloned out of SnowCells! I have to say we are feel that we have really crossed a milestone. Later tonight we are going to celebrate and test some Pyrotechnics equipment on him that we borrowed from a local Eskimo Rock Band! It should be exciting to watch him melt!
