How I Started:
I just started up about 8 years ago, but over the years, it has been on and off. Last fall, I got serious and committed to training and moved from the community club house to a Bally's this past summer.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is great for my health and my ego. I saw my cholesterol drop dramatically in one year.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am motivated by others who have made the bodybuilding achievements that I will make in the future. I am motivated by comparing the amount I lifted today to the records of my previous workouts. I am motivated by seeing improvements in the mirror.

Goal (Long):
(1) Increase strength - I will accomplish just as it reads.
(2) Focus on weaker muscle groups - Listed in priority, my chest, legs, and biceps will greatly improve over the months to come.
It's all about size and definition - I'm a couple of years away from this, but this is 100% the direction that I want to head towards. I'm ready to hit the gym.
