How I Started:
I just started up about 8 years ago, but over the years, it has been on and off. Last fall, I got serious and committed to training and moved from the community club house to a Bally's this past summer.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is great for my health and my ego. I saw my cholesterol drop dramatically in one year.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am motivated by others who have made the bodybuilding achievements that I will make in the future. I am motivated by comparing the amount I lifted today to the records of my previous workouts. I am motivated by seeing improvements in the mirror.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
There is always the basic 4 sets of 8-10 reps, but I change it up all the time. It's the only way I can get results.

1 min unless I'm on heavy weights with 4-6 reps, then 2mins.
