thank you for the compliment. I did look at your blog - the chart is a little confusing. I would say if you havent seen anything in a couple of months, then something is not right - your calories don't seem off though - are you sure you are tracking properly? Eating completely clean - portions are right? Are you the right things including healthy fats like olive oil - sometimes if you aren't eating enough - your body will think it's in a famine, and hold onto whatever it can to protect itself

I was directing you to CT's progress section because she has before/after photos of what just one week of veering off the clean eating diet will do to someone with a tight core. How is your diet? You should get the bf% done for you. The one inch difference is good in the measurement. It is really hard to tell from your photos, I apologize

ChickenTuna has some great pictures under progress section. she has great abs - and shows how just a little improper eating can mask your true progress. Have you seen those?

Did you have a bodyfat percentage taken when you started, and now after the month? If you haven't, I'd recommend it so you have a benchmark. also, if you are still taking in salty foods, it's hard to tell - I have some videos of nutrition which might help you. You look at little leaner to me
