I am doing fine and yes my friend Alan is a gift of nature! Not only is he gifted with gaining muscle and getting ripped, but the man is super strong too and very knowledgeable about training.

He recently won his class at the Team Universe and is currently getting ready to compete at the Nationals in Nov. You on the other hand is a serious threat on the stage with that unbelievable physique you created. Keep pumping!!!
