presently i am very skinny weighing only 61.5 kg.i want to have 72 kg weight.i am not preparing for any competition.i just want to look big,healthy & smart.
To accomplish all i desire, Training is going great eating clean and learning a lot. Thank you to everyone who has given advice especially Jen_absgirl for her cooking tips. Twice a day gym visits oh how i love it!
Got 4wks till my birthday and my first bb.com goal. Bout 15-17 lbs. to go. Its not the easiest thing to do(losing weight). But if it was everybody would be doing it.
