Just want to get my body fat down to around 9% at the moment im at 17%, I want to gain about 5 more kilos but stay around the 70 to 75kg range at same time get as strong as i can for my size and have the fitness of a long distance runner

Good job, man. Keep goin with the cut. I did about 20 weeks of cutting for my show too. I feel your pain regarding a slipped disc. I herniated a disc last Sept. It sucks, man. I lost muscle big time due to the injury. Good luck w/ the rest of the cut, man!

yeah i'm doing some heavier training now, completely uninjured, which is great, good to hear about the rehab, not holding you back too much is it bud?
yeah man I want to compete in pling in a few years, gotta get into the scene though, have no clue where to begin to be honest..when I get my car it'll be easier.

I started powerlifting (i prefer it over bodybuilding) and somehow tweaked my knee when I went out to the milkbar on a skateboard (5minute ride).. now i'm out from deadlifting and squatting
isn't being injured fun.
