I use to be a fat kid and i was teased cause of it and felt left out so i wanted to show up those people who belittled me

Pre-Contest Diet

Alot have asked to see my Pre-Contest diet...here you go :) I dieted 16 weeks to get to contest shape... 20 weeks to get shredded! Carb-Up Day for Pre-Contest ( One day carb up) 6:00am: Preworkout Shake/Breakfast: 30g protein 0g carbs = 120 calories 100g of Oats (using water not milk) 67g Carbs 6g of Fat 8g of Protein 13g 7:30am: Post Workout Shake: 30g of protein 0g carbs 0g of fat 10:30am: Grilled Chicken (200g raw) Protein 62g Fat 7g Carbs 0g Brown Rice (300g cooked) Carbs 96g Fat 3g Protein 9g 1:30pm: Grilled Chicken (200g raw) Protein 62g Fat 7g Carbs 0g Brown Rice (300g cooked) Carbs 96g...

Start of M - Stak

Today i decided to take M - Stak and I did feel a massive energy surge probably cause I am not use to having 500mg of Guarana/Caffeine. I am hoping this supplement works just as well as Stak
