Just want to get my body fat down to around 9% at the moment im at 17%, I want to gain about 5 more kilos but stay around the 70 to 75kg range at same time get as strong as i can for my size and have the fitness of a long distance runner
well also take into consideration your height. being short adds size very quickly, plus when you do something new in terms of the gym chances are you will get a good re-action. thats why its good to not train the same way all the time.
hey you never know, you might be able to add more than that. i mean when i joined a gym last sept i got weighed and had my bodypaft percentage done and when i do that now i have gained 30lbs of lean bodymass this past year, so who knows what will happen right?
yeah but remember that kevin loverone was on roids and your not.(right?) yeah genes are more important that anything else becuase some people can train and train and not grow at all, where as others can train alittle and incorrectly and grow like a weed.
yer i spoke me local supp store and they told me aus is regulating synephrine so you cant buy it pure or anything but i know some supps still have it listed as citrus aurantium but in small amounts. -_-
heya. i bought mine from healthy life store. i think the australian version is abit different to the american one. it had synephrine in it which is why i wanted it. are you thinking of trying it?
