Just want to get my body fat down to around 9% at the moment im at 17%, I want to gain about 5 more kilos but stay around the 70 to 75kg range at same time get as strong as i can for my size and have the fitness of a long distance runner

Today i decided to take M - Stak and I did feel a massive energy surge probably cause I am not use to having 500mg of Guarana/Caffeine.

I am hoping this supplement works just as well as Stak

Good job, man. Keep goin with the cut. I did about 20 weeks of cutting for my show too. I feel your pain regarding a slipped disc. I herniated a disc last Sept. It sucks, man. I lost muscle big time due to the injury. Good luck w/ the rest of the cut, man!

yeah man I want to compete in pling in a few years, gotta get into the scene though, have no clue where to begin to be honest..when I get my car it'll be easier. where's your new pics ay? I wanna see some soon. gotta watch that form man, i've ditched 140kg before when I couldn't get 3 reps (i can get it now..my max 140kgx3 atm, fairly easy though)..just gotta be careful

200kg? **** me up the ass I woulda broken just from that. good lifts. but DAMNIT I started powerlifting (i prefer it over bodybuilding) and somehow tweaked my knee when I went out to the milkbar on a skateboard (5minute ride).. now i'm out from deadlifting and squatting isn't being injured fun.
